What's in your cup? Three permaculture mandala gardens produce herbal tea for sale on the campus. Emphasis on health and indigenous plants, education and awareness of the global tea trade and fair trade alternatives. This is a picture of the garden as it was being prepared last year, before the plants went in. The garden is located behind Hingston Hall, next to the Solar House and the Concordia composting piles.
